Every booking grants you full access to our well-equipped facility, featuring a private dressing area, restroom, and a dedicated green room for your creative team. We provide essentials like chilled water, apparel racks, a preparation table, and a professional steamer. You will receive every frame captured during your time with us. We encourage you to bring various wardrobe changes, accessories, pre-approved props, and any mood boards you have prepared.

Exact address details are provided immediately following your reservation. We provide complimentary parking for guests on-site, along with ample free street parking nearby.
• Appointments are strictly timed to your reserved slot. To ensure you maximize your photography time, please arrive with enough buffer to be ready at the exact start of your session.
• A brief five-minute consultation will take place just before your start time to align on final creative details, ensuring the shoot begins without delay.
• Subject to our daily calendar, extensions can often be accommodated. Extra time is billed at an hourly rate of $300, distinct from our standard online package discounts.
• We offer full refunds for any cancellations or changes requested a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment.
• Prior authorization is required for extra guests, bulky props, pets, or hazardous materials like liquids, glitter, smoke, or food that may necessitate specialized cleanup or pose a risk to the facility.
• While color correction and high-end retouching are not included in the base rate, these premium services can be requested for an additional fee.
• Patrons are held liable for any accidental damage to the premises, lighting gear, furniture, or backdrops resulting from their actions or those of their party.
